Refund and Cancellation Policy for Photography Workshops

At Art by Ann Lang Mun Co, we strive to offer a valuable and enriching experience through our photography workshops. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure a smooth process for cancellations and refunds. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Workshop Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the workshop.
  • Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details for the workshop.

2. Cancellations by the Participant

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to the following refund schedule:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date: Full refund.
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided for participants who fail to attend the workshop without prior notification.

3. Cancellations by Art by Ann Lang Mun Co

In the event that we must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or any other reason:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or
  • You may choose to transfer your payment to a future workshop of equal value. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants in case of a workshop cancellation.

4. Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant. This request must be made at least 7 days before the workshop date, and is subject to approval.
  • Transfers to a different workshop date may be possible, depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

5. Health and Safety

In the case of illness, injury, or other health-related reasons that prevent you from attending, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Weather and Outdoor Workshops

For outdoor photography workshops, we monitor weather conditions closely. If inclement weather forces a cancellation or postponement, we will notify you and either reschedule the workshop or provide a full refund.

7. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen global events (such as pandemics, natural disasters, or travel restrictions), we will provide flexible options, including refunds, rescheduling, or credits for future workshops.

8. Participant Code of Conduct

We aim to foster a respectful, safe, and creative environment for all participants during our workshops. To ensure this, participants are required to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Treat instructors, fellow participants, and the environment with respect.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior that could interfere with the learning experience of others.
  • Follow safety guidelines provided by the instructor, especially in outdoor or potentially hazardous settings.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the workshop. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the participant will not be eligible for future workshop credits.
